摘要
利用有机硅树脂对环氧树脂进行改性,添加了一定量的纳米二硫化钼、纳米铝粉、导电碳黑和石墨,制作了一种黑色耐磨防腐导电涂料。实验表明,当有机硅树脂用量为12%,填料为8%,混合溶剂组成为m(丙酮):m(醋酸乙酯):m(醋酸丁酯):m(二甲苯)=2:1:1:1、用量为48%时,所得涂料耐磨性和防腐性能良好,涂层表面电阻达到了2.2×104?/cm2,具有较好的导电和防电磁性能。该涂料可以应用于陆军武器装备表面的电磁防护。
A black wear-resistant and corrosion-protective conductive coating was prepared by using organic silicon resin modified epoxy resin and adding a certain amount of nano-MoS2, nano-aluminum powder, conductive carbon black, and graphite. The experimental results indicated that when dosing 12% of organic silicon resin, 8% of filler, and 48% of mixed solvent with m (acetone) : m (ethyl acetate) : m (butyl acetate) : m (xylene) equal to 2:1:1:1, the coating obtained features good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and has a surface resistance up to 2.2×10^4Ω/cm^2, showing good conductive and electromagnetic protection properties and being suitable for the electromagnetic protection of land forces weapons and equipments.
