摘要
针对多品种小批量服装生产模式下劳动定额管理存在的突出问题,提出了标准资料法和学习曲线法相结合的工时定额制定新方法。标准资料法是先按照作业大类—作业单元—作业内容—标准工时的划分方法建立标准工时数据库;当生产新款式时,依据款式把衣服分解为各个不同工序,查找相应的工时数据来合成该款式的工时定额。学习曲线法是通过拟合流水线的学习曲线来确定批量系数,根据不同的批量条件用批量系数对标准工时进行修正,从而满足工时动态管理的需要。二者的组合应用通过企业实例验证切实可行,有利于企业实现快速反应和精确管理。
Aiming at the problems existing in production quota management in the mode of the multi variety in small batch garment production, a new method is proposeol to determine man-hour quota, which combines the standard data method with the learning curve method. In the case of the standard data method, a database of standard man-hour quota is established according to different working procedures of the work categories, operating units, job content, and determination of standard man-hour quota. In the case of a new style, the production of the garment should be divided into different working procedures according to the style, then the corresponding man-hour quota is referred to determine the man-hour quota for this style. The method of learning curve is to work out the batch factor by fitting the learning curves of the flow line. Depending on the batch conditions, correction of standard man-hour quota is performed according to the batch factor, so as to meet the requirements of dynamic management of man-hour. The application of the combination of the two methods is proved practical through examples and beneficial for enterprises to achieve rapid response and accurate management.
