摘要
为促进国产阻燃粘胶纤维的应用和发展,简述了我国阻燃粘胶纤维发展现状,从技术角度分析了粘胶纤维的阻燃机制。重点介绍了阻燃粘胶纤维的生产方式,及其在技术上、结构上、性能上的特点,对当前阻燃粘胶纤维存在的主要问题进行了分析。指出国产阻燃粘胶纤维的主要问题是纤维强度及湿模量低,针对存在问题,需应用高湿模量纤维、新型溶剂法纤维,改善加工织造技术,开发新型生物质纤维、开发新型纳米阻燃剂等技术进行解决,并展望了阻燃粘胶纤维的发展前景。
To promote the application and development of flame-retardant viscose fibers in China, this paper describes the development status of national flame-retardant viscose fibers, including the flame retardant mechanism, production methods, and characteristics in terms of technology, structure and performance. The main existing problems of national flame-retardant viscose fibers are pointed out, that is, low fiber strength and low wet modulus. Application of high wet modulus fibers and new type solvent fiber, improvement of processing and weaving techniques, development of new types of biomass fiber and nano-scale flame retardants, etc. are required for solving the problems. It also makes prospects for the future development of flame-retardant viscose fibers.
