摘要 聚乙酸乙烯酯的醇解度显著影响其性能和运用,本文研究了NaOH/PVAc摩尔比、NaOH浓度、PVAc聚合液浓度、反应温度和反应时间对聚乙酸乙烯酯醇解反应的影响。研究结果表明,影响醇解度最重要的因素是碱/PVAc摩尔比,其次是反应时间,碱/PVAc摩尔比和反应时间有协同作用,反应温度是反应中的次要影响因子。结合均匀设计方法,优化PVAc醇解工艺,提出了以控制碱/PVAc摩尔比和反应时间达到调控PVA醇解度的稳定控制方法。 Alcoholysis degree of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) has significant impacts on its properties and applications. In the paper, the effects of mole ratio of NaOH to polyvinyl acetate ( PVAc), concentration of NaOH, concentration of PVAc polymeric solution, alcoholysis reaction temperature and reaction time on the alcoholysis reaction of PVAc were studied. The results showed that the most important factor of the alcoholysis degree was the molar ratio of alkali to PVAc, the reaction time the second, the reaction temperature the third. There was a synergetic effect between the alkali/PVAc molar ratio and the reaction time. By applying a uniform design method and optimizing a]coholysis process, a stable control method of the alcoholysis degree of po|yvinyl alcohol was provided by controlling the alkali/PVAc molar ratio and the reaction time.
