我国承接离岸服务外包的现状及策略研究

我国在大力发展承接离岸服务外包业务中仍存在很多阻碍因素,比如行业规模有限、大型国际化、集团化的服务外包企业欠缺,企业国际市场开拓能力较差,中高端服务外包人才紧缺、知识产区保护力度不够以及全国性行业组织缺位等;我国政府和企业应从战略规划、扶持领军型企业、创新人才培养机制等方面促进服务产业的发展。

China still meets many obstacles when developing business in offshore outsourcing, like the limited size of the industry, lack of large international and group outsourcing enterprises, companies＇ poor ability to develop the international market, shortage of high - end outsourcing talents, inadequate protection of the knowledge areas and absence of a national industry organization. Government and companies are able to promote the service industry in terms of planning strategies, supporting leading enterprises, and establishing innovative talents training mechanism.
