摘要
对服务供应链的运作特点进行研究,在明确服务供应链的内部企业知识构成的基础上,运用结构方程模型揭示服务供应链内部企业知识的相互作用关系。
This paper studied the operation characteristics of service supply chain. Based on the clear understanding about the constitutive components of internal enterprises knowledge in service supply chain, the paper adopted Structural Equation Models to uncover the relevant effects and influence of knowledge interaction among internal enterprises in service supply chain.
