阐述东莞发展创新产业集群的意义,论证东莞发展创新产业集群的可行性,分析东莞发展创新产业集群存在的主要问题,提出若干政策建议。
This paper explicates the significance of economic cooperation among towns to promote industry clusters in Donggnan, analyses the obstacles and reasons, and puts forward some constructive proposals.
