摘要
针对中小制造企业精益变革中存在的问题,在对中小制造企业调研的基础上,结合精益变革的基本原理,采用关键成功因素法对我国中小制造企业精益变革蓝图及推进路径进行规划。同时,提出组成精益变革蓝图所要建立的精益管理系统,并用精益屋描绘该管理系统的流畅制造、制造质量、标准化、持续改进、全员参与等五大支撑体系,制定了推进精益变革的四阶段路径,从而保证精益变革能够在中小制造企业中实现程序化、分阶段的整体实施。
On the basis of widely investigation in small and medium - sized enterprises, this paper designs the blueprint and path planning tbr lean management system combined with the basic principle of lean transformation. In order to en- sure that lean transformation can be programmed and implemented in stages. The paper puts forward a gear support sys- tem of the lean transformation blueprint, which includes fluent manufacturing, manufacturing quality, standardization, continuous improvement and full participation. And the three main lines and four stages of lean transformation path are also put forward. Finally, the lean transformation practice in small and mediumsized enterprises proves its effectiveness and feasibility.
