This paper introduces the conception and characteristics of SoLoMo. And then, it analyses the importance of SoLoMo in sharing informa- tion, mobile reading and collection value. Finally, it studies a new way of mobile library services promotion based on social feature, local business, mobile application and library organization strueture.
