改良前后聚酰胺人工毛发纤维的对比实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对聚酰胺人工毛发纤维改良后进行毛发移植,研究其与常规移植方法的组织相容性及远期脱落率差异,以促进聚酰胺人工毛发纤维的临床应用。方法:对聚酰胺人工毛发纤维的固定结部分进行改良,由传统的单结改为双结。选取新西兰大白兔作为实验动物分别行常规和改良后的聚酰胺人工毛发纤维移植手术,定期取材行HE染色观察其组织相容性,分别于移植术后1周、1个月、3个月、9个月、12个月进行脱发计数以计算远期脱落率。结果:与对照组相比,经过改良后的聚酰胺人工毛发纤维在组织相容性方面差异无显著性,在远期脱落率方面显著降低。结论:改良后的聚酰胺人工毛发纤维并不引起更强烈的组织排斥,且能够更好地与头皮锚定在一起,大大改善了人工毛发移植术后的远期效果。 Objective To compare the differences of histocompatibility and long-term stability between improved polyamide artificial hair fiber and conventional method, so as to promote the clinical application of polyamide artificial hair fiber. Methods The consolidation part of polyamide artificial hair fiber was improved from the traditional single into double. New Zealand rabbits were chose to receive conventional and improved polyamide artificial hair fiber transplantation respectively. Then some materials were taken regularly to observe the histocompatibility by doing HE dyeing. The hair loss at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 9 months, and 12 months after transplantation were calculated to evaluated the long-term effect. Results The histocompatibilities in the two groups were similar, but the long-term stability of the improved polyamide artificial hair fiber was increased significantly. Conclusion Improved polyamide artificial hair fiber not only didn't cause more strong tissue rejection, but also can better anchor in scalp and greatly improved the long-term effect of hair transplantation.
