摘要
尽管我国港口的飞速发展不断产生货物吞吐量亿吨以上的大港,但这些大港的综合实力并不是单纯以吞吐量作为依据,港口城市航运综合服务越来越受到重视。文章围绕着航运活动中船舶、货物、港口三大基本要素展开,分析了航运服务的结构层次,在此基础上从要素基础、要素产出、配套服务三个方面选取航运服务评价指标,运用网络分析法构建了指标评价模型,选取上海、广州、宁波等8个典型港口城市进行了实证分析。
Although the ports of cargo throughput above a hundred million tons are springing up, the overall strength of the ports is not simply proved by the throughput. More and more attentions are paid to integrated maritime services of port city. First, the article launches the three basic elements of shipping activities, which are cargo, ship, and port, and analyzes the structure of the maritime service. Secondly, it has constructed the evaluation mode of maritime services with analytic network process from three angles of elements condition of shipping activities, elements output, and supporting services. Finally, it selects eight typical port cities to carry on the empirical analysis.
