摘要
镇江科技能创新人才培养主要落脚点放在其创新能力提高上。针对镇江30个企事业单位的工作人员搜集问卷,其中191有效调查问卷,从科技创新人才激励、人才成长、人才政策、人才环境、人才交流五方面实证研究基于创新能力镇江科技创新人才培养的影响因素。通过统计检验,验证人才成长、人才环境、人才交流对于基于创新能力镇江科技创新人才培养具有显著正相关影响。通过分析关键影响因素,促进提高镇江科技创新人才的创新能力。
The technological innovation and personnel training of Zhenjiang put emphasis on the improvement of innovation ability. Based on 191 valid questionnaires from 30 enterprises and institutions, the paper carries out empirical study of in- fluent factors of technological innovation and personnel training from the five aspects such as technological innovation incentives, the growth of talent, talents policy, talent resources, and personnel exchanges. Through statistical tests, the paper verifies that the growth of talent, talent resources and talent cxchange have a significant positive correlation with technological innovation and personnel training. Through analyzing key factors, the paper can provide some references to the development of technological innovation and personnel training.
