摘要
产业结构调整使得企业兼并、重组的步伐加快,提升管理团队管理水平成为当前重要的研究课题。实现管理团队内部异质性的匹配对提高团队管理水平有非常重要的影响,而管理水平的高低由管理者隐性知识水平决定。本文提出了管理团队成员特征的一般异质性和专长异质性与隐性知识水平构建模型,通过对兼并重组企业的调查研究,结果显示,年龄异质性、专业异质性、教育异质性等对隐性知识水平有积极作用,任期异质性对管理他人的隐性知识水平和能力产生不利影响。
As the industrial structure adjustment accelerates the pace of company merger and restructuring, the improve- ment of level of management team becomes an important research issue currently. The internal matching of heterogeneity of management team may exert crucial importance on the management level of the team, but the level of management may be subject to the level of tacit knowledge of managers. This paper puts forward a model about general heterogeneities and special heterogeneities of those members and the level of tacit knowledge, and then carries out the research on those companies. The results indicate that the heterogeneity of age, professional and education, etc. may correlate with level of tacit knowledge positively, but the heterogeneity of service term may exert unfavorable influence on the level and capacity of tacit knowledge on managing others.
