摘要
针对各种学术失范现象,科技期刊应强化学术规范的导向作用以构建良好的学术生态环境。科技期刊对学术规范的导向作用主要体现在:一是要注重学术规范的舆论引导,二是要加强编辑把关的责任意识,三是要完善同行专家审稿制度。
Aiming at all kinds of disorder phenomena at present, the guiding roles of academic norm of sci - tech period- icals should be enhanced in order to form good academic environments. The guiding roles of academic norm of sci - tech periodicals embody mainly as follows ： paying attention to the public opinion leading of academic norm, strengthening the sense of responsibility of editor, and completing the system of peer review.
