系统总结了中国钛白粉"十一五"发展现状、存在的问题。结合中国钛白粉行业实际情况,在未来5年,基于对中国钛白粉产品需求将继续增长的预测,从提高工艺技术水平,加强装置的大型化、集中化、规模化建设,开发新产品,进行深加工,钛白粉生产向西部资源基地转移,要稳定钛铁矿资源的开发和供应,钛白粉生产向清洁化转变等方面出发,提出了中国钛白粉行业"十二五"发展建议。

Dvelopment situation and existing problems of C hina＇s titanium dioxide industry during the ＇ 11th five-year plan＇ period were systematically summarized.In combination with the actual situation of titanium dioxide industry and based on the forecast that the demand of titanium dioxide will increase gradually in the next five years, development suggestions for China＇s titanium dioxide industry in the ＇ 12＇h five-year plan＇ were put forward from the respects of improving process and technology level, increasing the size, centralization, and scale of equipment, developing new products and deep processing,production transfering to western resource bases, stabilizing the development and supply ilmenite resources, and promoting cleaner pro- duction etc..
