摘要
基于马克思主义的利益观来分析我国当前的住房问题,我们可以发现,造成住房领域利益关系失衡的症结集中在两个方面:生产关系和市场机制。具体表现为:(1)生产关系的过度调整;(2)剩余价值规律的作用结果;(3)虚拟经济极度膨胀导致的价格与价值严重背离。当前,我国公租房建设以民生为导向,立足于从根本上解决住房问题,既对生产关系进行了适度调整,又对住房体制进行了重新设计。因此,建设公租房的政策是调整住房领域利益关系失衡、解决我国住房问题的有效途径。
Based on the Marxist view of interest,the imbalance in the housing sector is caused mainly by problems in two areas,i.e.,relations of production relations and market mechanism.Specifically,it has been expressed in the following forms:the over-adjustment in the relations of production,the outcome of the law of surplus value,expansion of virtual economy leading to serious deviation of housing price from its real value.It is noteworthy that public rental housing construction,which centers around the improvement of people's living standard,has adjusted production relations and redesigned the housing system as an effort to solve housing problem at the fundamental level.It therefore offers an effective way to solve housing problem and adjust the imbalance in interest relations within the housing sector.
