富含黄酮类蔬菜和果汁对机体抗氧化功能影响 被引量:6

摘要 活性氧所引起的氧化损伤与多种疾病的发生密切相关〔1-2〕。从膳食中直接获得抗氧化物质或具有激活体内抗氧化防御体系功能的物质被认为是预防氧化损伤相关疾病的可行方法〔3-4〕。流行病学调查结果表明,蔬菜和水果的摄入可以预防多种氧化损伤相关疾病的发生。
