摘要
根据白龙洗煤厂中煤性质分析,中煤产率占入洗原煤的16.55%,试验研究发现+13mm粒级中煤灰分低,通过对中煤破碎可以解离出部分精煤,提高煤炭综合利用率,并对中煤再选方案进行初步设计,分析中煤再选的经济效益,并使整体生产指标更为稳定。
According to the analysis of the nature of middlings of the Bailong coal plant, the production rate of middlings about washed coal take for 16.55 % of raw coal, ash content of＋13mm middlings is low. Clean coal can be dissociated by middlings crusher, and coal comprehensive utilization can be improved, and designed relection programs for the preliminary, and analyzed the economic efficiency of the coal relection, and firmed the whole production index is more stable.
