摘要
针对官地矿掘进面现有矿尘治理技术的不足,在分析泡沫降尘机理的基础上,在该矿22608副巷掘进工作面进行了泡沫降尘的工业性试验,试验利用井下已有的压水和压缩风流为动力,通过添加器添加发泡剂,经与发泡器产生高性能泡沫,并由喷头喷射至产尘点,捕捉粉尘。测试结果表明:在掘进机司机处,泡沫对全尘的降尘效率达到82.13%,为水雾降尘的2.18倍,对呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率达到84.82%,为水雾的2.2倍,有效治理了22608副巷掘进面粉尘灾害,改善了作业面环境,提高了作业效率,现场试验表明该项技术具有很强的现场适用性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the dust management technology in the heading face of Guandi Mine, the author made a industrial experiment in 22608 airendway basing on the mechanism of foam dust, this system takes advantage of the existing highpressure water and compressed air flow in underground as the driving force. And by adding a device to add a foaming agent, it generates highperformance foam by foaming machines, and the effect of dust suppression is very significant. Test results show that dust sup pression efficiency of dust and respirable dust is 82.13% and 84.82% when use the foam dust suppression , which is respectively 2.18 times and 2.2 times than that of water spary. Application on foam dust suppres sion promotes the operation environment, reducing the dust concentration, increasing the working perform ance, this technique has a wide and strong applicability in mine.
