上海市水务规划编制体系研究

Studies on water resources planning in Shanghai Municipality

水务规划作为水务事业发展的基石,在上海水务10年发展和城市建设中起到了重要作用。随着城市的进一步发展,对既有水务规划体系必须进行充实完善。通过对相关资料的调查分析,提出了与上海城乡规划体系有效衔接的水务规划编制体系,以及体系中各层次、各方面规划的具体任务、要求和深度。

As the base for water resources development,planning has played a key role in ten years’ development of water resources industry and urban construction in Shanghai.Further improvement is needed for the existing planning system along with further development of the city.After investigation and analysis of the relevant data,planning system of water resources that matches with urban and rural planning system in Shanghai is proposed.Also the specific tasks,requirement and depth of planning at all levels and respects are given.
