国家统计发展战略的实施模式与实践进展

Implementation Approach and the Progress of National Strategy for the Development of Statistics

国家统计发展战略已成为统计能力建设的核心平台,实施国家统计发展战略一般有单部门模式和全系统模式两种方式。从国际上看,在PARIS21、世界银行等国际组织的积极推动下,多数发展中国家已开展国家统计发展战略工作。目前,中国已经初步完成国家统计发展战略规划的编制工作,下一步工作的重点是按全系统模式制定详细的战略实施行动计划,尽快推动国家统计发展战略的采纳和实施。

National strategy for the development of statistics（NSDS） has been a core framework for national statistical capacity building.A system-wide approach,as well as the sector-wide approach,is developed for implementation of the national strategy for the development of statistics.In the world,most developing countries have launched NSDS under the promotion of PARIS21 and other international organizations.Currently,National Bureau of Statistics of China has finished the designation of the national strategy for the development of statistics.Next,the most important job is to prepare a detailed implementation plan and implement the NSDS with the system-wide approach.
