摘要
随着网络信息技术的飞速发展和全面普及,人类快速迈入网络社会,与之相伴的是各类网络安全威胁层出不穷并超越技术范畴,成为关乎国家利益、经济发展、社会稳定的重大战略性问题。本文从现实价值、思想源流、体系构成等方面对我国网络空间安全战略进行理论建构,在此基础上探讨我国网络空间安全战略的实现路径,以支持我国网络空间安全战略的规划和实施。
The cyber society is coming along with the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of the internet.At the same time,more and more cyberspace security problems are threatening the state interests,economic development and the stability of society.Thus,this paper discusses our State Cyberspace Security Strategy（SCSS）based on the new view of state security.Build the theory system of SCSS specifically from the realistic value,original thoughts and the system structure,etc.And probe the feasible approaches to support the scientific planning and effective implementation of SCSS in China.
