花生条纹病毒(PStV)种传研究——Ⅲ.种传率高低不同品种荚果发育中种子带毒率变化 被引量:2

摘要 应用酶联抗原直接包被法(ELISA—DAC)对4个种传率高低不同的花生品种,苗期感染花生条纹病毒(PStV)的病株在荚果发育不同时期对荚果各部位带毒率进行测定。花生荚壳、胚和子叶都带有PStV病毒,种皮极少带毒。荚壳带毒率变化范围大,规律不明显;种皮带毒偶而能检测到,以上品种间无明显差异。胚和子叶一般同时带毒,带毒率在0—23.8%之间,品种间有明显差异,每个品种带毒率基本不变。荚果各部位带毒率年度间有些变化。 BLISA (Driect Antigen Coating, DAC)was applied for detecting peanut stripe virus(PStV)in pods, testas, embryoes and cotyledons between high and low seed-brone peanut lines chich were infected by PStV in early stage.It was Showed that PStV could be found in pod, embryo and cotyled befor harvested from infected plants, but testa was seldom infected.The percentage of PStV infected pods and testas varied from 0-81.8% and 0-5%, respectivily.There were not correatipn between high and low seed-brone lines.Embryo and cotyledon were simultaneously infected with PStV in a seed.The rate of PStV infected embryoes ard cotyledons ranged from 0-23.8% in this study.PStV in the embryo and cotyledon was found more frequently in high seedbrone line than low seed-brone Iine.The rate of PStV infected embryoes and cotyledons in each line were consistent at the period of pods development in a year.
