PDCA视角的动态知识管理评价模型研究

Research on the Dynamic Evaluation Model of Knowledge Management from the Perspective of PDCA

借鉴质量管理中的PDCA循环,我国在《知识管理框架》中定义的知识管理过程模型动态地描述了组织知识管理建设过程。依据知识管理过程模型,对知识管理评价问题进行系统的研究,构建一个基于PDCA循环的知识管理动态评价模型。在对PDCA各个环节进行分析,说明PDCA管理环节在知识管理评价中应用的同时,针对知识管理评价阶段构建了4P模型,以评价知识管理战略实施的成效。

By reference to the PDCA cycle in quality management,the model of knowledge management process defined in ＂Knowledge Management Framework＂ in China dynamically describes the construction process of the organizational knowledge management.According to the model of knowledge management process,this paper systematically studies the knowledge management evaluation issues.The paper constructs a knowledge management dynamic evaluation model based on PDCA cycle.While analyzing all the links in PDCA and explaining the application of PDCA management links in knowledge management evaluation,the paper constructs the 4P model for knowledge management evaluation stage so as to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of knowledge management strategies.
