社会化推荐在隐性知识交流中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Social Recommendation in Tacit Knowledge Exchange

在企业、图书馆和学术机构中,隐性知识交流一直是一项重要的研究内容,但是目前的隐性知识交流中存在着一些障碍和不足。文章通过分析隐性知识交流的研究现状,指出这些障碍和不足,并提出社会化推荐服务能够有效促进组织和个人间的隐性知识交流,解决隐性知识交流中存在的问题。

Tacit knowledge exchange has always been an important research content in enterprises,libraries and academic institutions.But there are some obstacles and deficiencies in current tacit knowledge exchange.By analyzing the research status of tacit knowledge exchange,this paper points out the obstacles and deficiencies,and puts forward the idea that social recommendation service can effectively promote the tacit knowledge exchange among organizations and individuals,and solve the problems in tacit knowledge exchange.
