摘要
以用户为评价主体,构建图书馆内部可持续发展力的定性评价指标体系,引入信息熵、拟信息熵调整专家赋权,采用模糊综合评判集结各级指标的评价信息,建立图书馆可持续发展力模糊综合评价模型。通过对燕山大学图书馆的测评,验证了该方法的有效性。
Taking users as the main valuators,this paper constructs the qualitative evaluation index system for the sustainable development power within the library.The paper introduces the information entropy and quasi information entropy into the adjustment of expert weight,uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to collect the evaluation information of different indices,and establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the sustainable development power of library.By evaluating Yanshan University Library,the paper verifies the effectiveness of the method.
