Research Report on Development of China's Wheat Production Potential

通过深入考察和生产实践,科学分析相关资料,阐述了中国小麦生产现状与存在问题,分析了中国小麦的发展潜力及实现途径,探讨了中国小麦的发展思路;提出了"十二五"期间小麦生产的发展目标及主攻方向,制定了实现发展目标的主要技术措施;根据生产实际和农民关心的问题,提出了政策建议。本研究旨在为"十二五"期间中国小麦的生产发展提供参考。

The present situation and the existing problems of China’s wheat production were discussed through a profound investigation of practical practice and a scientific analysis of relevant information;China’s wheat development potential and the way of carrying-out were discussed through brainstorming;The＂12th Five-Year Plan＂of the wheat production development objectives and working directions were put forward,the main technical measures of realizing the development goals were taken;According to the production reality and the concern of the farmers,several polices were suggested.The aim of our study was to provide a reference for the development of wheat production in China for the＂12th Five-Year Plan＂.
