氯嘧磺隆降解菌F8土壤适应性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过研究不同土壤类型、土壤温度、土壤湿度等环境条件对氯嘧磺隆降解菌F8的生长量及其降解能力的影响,系统评价其土壤适应能力。结果表明,降解菌F8在5种不同类型的土壤中生长量及降解能力有一定的差异,表现为:白浆土>盐碱土>黑土>草碳土>沙壤土;土壤湿度在20%~80%、温度在20~40℃之间都能生长;土壤湿度在20%~60%、土壤温度在20~35℃之间降解效果理想,降解率达到60%以上;最适土壤湿度在50%,土壤温度在30℃,降解率达到80%以上;降解菌对土壤微生物种群的影响表现为:真菌>细菌>放线菌。 The adaptability of degrading fungi F8 in different types of soil was evaluated by studying the effect of growth and degradation capacity of F8 in different soil type、soil temperature and soil moisture.The results showed:the degrading fungi F8 growth and degradation ability was different in 4 types of soil,and in the order of Lessive〉Saline-alkali soils〉Black soil〉Grass soil carbon〉Sandy loam.The degrading fungi F8 could grow in soil moisture by 20%~80%,soil temperature by 20~40℃;the best results of degradation happened when the soil moisture was 20%~60% and soil temperature was 20~35℃,the degradation rate was over 60%.The best environmental condition was when soil moisture was at 50%,soil temperature was at 30℃,the degradation rate was over 80%.The effects of influence by degrading fungi on soil microbial populations were:Fungi〉bacteria〉actinomycetes.
