大规模风电场的发电充裕度与容量可信度评估 被引量:20

摘要 风力发电异于常规电源的运行特性,这使得关于它的系统发电充裕度评估技术与传统方法有所不同。在通用风速模型基础之上,综合考虑风机的输出功率特性以及风向的统计分布特性,建立了风电场的发电可靠性评估模型;同时还考虑了多种尾流情况的影响,建立了尾流效应模型;并采用解析技术,在IEEE的可靠性测试系统中对不同实验方案下含风电场的系统总体发电充裕度和风电场的容量可信度进行评估。评估结果验证了混合考虑不同情况尾流对发电充裕度的影响程度,以及在计算时选取的风电场容量模型状态数对结果准确性的影响程度和它与系统风电穿透率水平之间的关系;还验证了风况、风场布局和风电穿透率水平等因素对等风电场的容量可信度的影响程度。 The operating characteristic of wind power generation that is different from conventional power sources makes the differences between the assessment method for wind farm's generation adequacy and that for traditional assessment methods. Based on common wind speed model and considering both output power characteristics and statistical distribution of wind direction, a generation reliability assessment model for wind farm is built; meanwhile considering influences of various wake effects, a simple but effective wake effect model is also proposed; adopting analytic technique, using the proposed models the assessment on capacity credit of wind farm and that on total generation adequacy of power gird containing wind farm are performed by modified IEEE reliability test system which under different experimental schemes. The influencing extents of various wake conditions, which are synthetically taken into account, on generation adequacy and the influencing extents of the number of states of wind farm's capacity model, which are chosen during the calculation, on the accuracy of simulation results as well as the relation between the numbers of states of wind farm's capacity model and wind power penetration levels of power grid are verified by assessment results. Besides, the influencing extents of such factors as wind conditions, layout of wind farms and wind power penetration levels on wind farm's capacity credit are verified.
