含铝炸药作功能力和JWL状态方程尺寸效应研究 被引量:16

摘要 为了研究含铝炸药作功能力和Jones-Wilkins-Lee(JWL)状态方程尺寸效应,进行了含铝炸药25 mm和50 mm两种药柱尺寸的圆筒试验。先采用解析求解,然后进行二维数值模拟修正,得到了含铝炸药药柱两种尺寸的JWL状态方程参数。结果表明:大尺寸的含铝炸药药柱作功能力比小尺寸强;大尺寸的含铝炸药药柱状态方程参数相比小尺寸同种炸药,A稍增大,B增大较多,C基本不变,R1稍小,R2增大较多,ω稍小。 The results of two sets of cylinder test for aluminized explosive to study the dimension effect of accelerating ability and Jones-Wilkins-Lee(JWL) equation of state for aluminized explosive were reported,with diameter of 25 mm and 50 mm,respectively.By using theory analysis and 2D numerical simulations for the cylinder test,the parameters of JWL equation of state for aluminized explosive were determined.The result indicates that the big aluminized explosive charge has higher ability of accelerating than that of the small one,and its parameters of JWL equation of state are different from small ones.
