Policy Recommendations to Accelerate the Development of Smart Circulation in China

进入21世纪后,物联网技术广泛地应用于我国流通领域,智能流通促进着中国传统流通业向现代流通业的转型与升级。提出了智能流通的科学概念,探讨了其新的发展;分析了智能流通存在的问题及未来的研究方向。最后,提出了加快我国智能流通发展的政策建议,如将智能流通上升至战略高度;加快智能流通体系建设;切实抓住发展机遇,避免掉入"中断期"陷阱;合理规划智能流通网络;重视智能流通理论研究,培育复合型贸易经济人才。

In the 21st century,the Internet of Things technology is widely used in circulation in China.Smart circulation is promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional circulation to modern circulation.This paper first defines the concept of intelligent circulation,and then explores its new development,problems and research directions.Finally,the policy recommendations are put forward to accelerate the development of China’s smart circulation,such as putting the smart circulation to a strategic level,accelerating the construction of smart circulation system,effectively seizing the development opportunities to avoid falling into the trap of interruption,rationally planning the network of smart circulation,attaching great importance to theoretical research on smart circulation to cultivate the versatile talents in trade and economics.
