本文就苹果酸的营养生理功能,及其对反刍动物的生产性能、养分消化率、瘤胃pH和能量的影响作一综述。
In this article ,the nutritional and physiological function of malic acid and its effects on production performance, digestive rate of nutrients, ruminal pH and energy were reviewed.
