摘要
2007年8月16日与2010年8月3~5日,对泊湖4 000 hm2生态修复区的水生生物资源变化情况进行了调查。结果显示,时隔3年,泊湖生态修复区的的浮游植物增加了3属6种,细胞数和生物量分别增加了52.24×104L-1、0.370 8 mg.L-1;浮游动物增加了11属22种、生物量增加了11.031 mg.L-1;底栖动物虽然增加了4科11属13种、密度增加了21.2个.m-2,但因螺类等软体动物的平均密度与生物量分别降低了89.5%和90.5%,导致底栖动物总生物量下降了94.8%。沉水植物平均生物量仅断面Ⅰ略有增加,断面Ⅱ与Ⅲ呈下降趋势。综合分析认为,泊湖生态修复区水位升高持续数月不降,是导致该区域的水生生物种群结构和资源明显变化的主要原因。
The investigation on hydrobios resource evolution in 4 000 hm2 Bohu lake ecosystem restoration area was conducted from 16^th, August 2007 to 3^rd -5^th, August 2010 in Susong county. The result showed that after three years, phytoplankton in the area increased by 3 genera 6 species which were 52.24× 10^4 L^-1 in cell numbers and 0.3708 mg.L^-1 in biomass. Zooplankton in the area increased by 11 genera 22 species which were 11.031 mg.L^-1 in biomass. Zoobenthos increased by 4 families 11 genera 13 species and the density increased by 21.2 ind.m^-2. Because the average density and biomass of snails decreased by 89% and 90.5% respectively, the total biomass of Zoobenthos dropped by 94.8%. The average biomass of submerged plant increased slightly only at Cross section I, but decreased at Cross section II and III. In summary, the raising of water level in Bohu lake eco- system restoration area was the main reason of the significant change on population structure and resource of hydrobios.
