床垫舒适性评价与睡眠质量关系的研究 被引量:13

摘要 床垫作为睡眠的平台,其使用舒适性对人体健康、睡眠质量和休息效率有着重要的影响。影响床垫使用舒适性的因素非常多,包括睡眠系统的因素、人的生理和心理因素、环境的因素等,客观的床垫舒适性评价对提高床垫设计水平,促进人体睡眠健康有着重要的意义。作者采用主观评价与客观测试相结合的方法,研究了床垫舒适性评价与睡眠质量及各影响因素之间的关系。结果表明:(1)睡眠质量不仅与人-床界面关系有关,还与人体体型和人体各部位的敏感程度有关;(2)睡眠质量可以较好地反映床垫的使用舒适性,但不能完全代表床垫使用舒适性,床垫舒适性评价还受睡眠次日人的身体状态、精神状态等因素的影响;(3)睡眠质量与睡前身体各部位的舒适性关系均不显著;(4)对于普通的非分区床垫而言,缺乏腰部、臀部的有效支撑是降低床垫使用舒适性的重要因素。 Mattress, as a sleeping platform, its use comfort has an important effect on health, sleep quality and rest efficiency. A combined action of sleep system, physiological, psychological and environmental conditions affects use comfort of mattress. Objective evaluation of mattress comfort has an important significance in im- proving mattress design level and promoting sleeping health. In this paper, by subjective evaluations and objective tests, the relationship between mattress comfort and sleep quality and its influencing factors were studied. The results showed that: (1) Sleep quality was not only related with man-mattress interfacial relations but also anthro- pometrical characteristics and sensitive degree of various regions of the body; (2)Sleep quality could reflect use comfort of mattress, but not the same with it, and the evaluation of mattress comfort was also affected by body and metal status in the next morning and so on; (3)The relationship between sleep quality and the various region comfort of the body on last night was not significant; (4) The lack of effective support of waist and hip was an important factor effecting the use comfort of the mattress.
