摘要
综述了自上而下和自下而上两种方法制备超细晶钨块体材料的研究现状。详尽概述了强塑性变形工艺、特殊烧结工艺制备超细晶钨的基本原理和特点。分析讨论了在强塑性变形加工及其粉末冶金法制备超细晶钨的影响因素及晶粒细化机制,指出了合理地采用弥散强化相,结合特殊烧结工艺和后期热变形加工工艺将是制备超细晶钨发展的主要方向。
The current status of ultra-fine grained tungsten prepared by Top-down and Bot- tom-up approaches are systematically introduced in this paper. The principle and the charac- teristics of the ultra-fine grained tungsten by severe plastic deformation and special sintering technology are reviewed, especially the grain refining mechanism and the parameters affect- ing the densification and grain growth in the ultraffine grained tungsten are discussed. It is believed that dispersion strengthened tungsten sintered by special sintering process and the hotwork is the main direction of ultra-fine grained tungsten.
