国内大型渣选矿缓冷场设备配置及选型探讨

Discussions of Equipment Configuration and Model Selection of Slow Cooling Fields in Domestic Major Slag Processing Mining

随着国内大型渣缓冷项目的逐步推广,对渣选矿缓冷设备的需求急剧增加。文章对比了两种缓冷配置方案,讨论了渣包车与渣包配合使用的优势。通过调查分析,比较国产与进口渣包车的特点,探讨说明国内各大渣选矿采购、应用渣包车的现状。根据渣包使用工况的分析和国内各渣选项目的选择,铸造渣包目前已获得较大应用市场。文章还提出根据产能先定渣包再配套选择渣包车的选型方案,并根据案例分析此方案之优点,进而保证项目的较优化收益。

With the popularization of domestic slag slow cooling project,the requirements tor slow cooling equipment of slag processing mining are increased rapidly. This paper compares two kinds of configura- tion schemes for slow cooling, discusses the advantages of match using of slag ladle carrier and slag ladle. Based on investigation and analysis, compares the characteristics of domestic and imported slag ladle car- rier, discusses and explains present procurement and application situation in domestic major slag process- ing mining. By the operation working situation analysis of slag ladle and selection of domestic slag process- ing project, great casting slag ladle market is obtained at present. The article also puts forward the selec- tion scheme of advancing determination of slag ladle and matching selection of slag ladle carrier, analyzes advantages of the scheme on the basis of the case, then ensures good project benefit.
