可再生吸收剂脱硫工艺及脱硫塔材料的腐蚀分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着工业SO2烟气排放标准趋于严格,原有脱除工艺需不断改变,而产生的脱硫副产品已由原来的堆弃到今天的可循环利用,因此脱硫工艺的改进理所当然地涉及到脱硫吸收剂的改进以及脱硫设备的形式、材料的改进。本文主要介绍了可再生吸收剂脱硫工艺及其所使用的主要设备型式和材料,分析了该工艺在实际应用中脱硫塔材质的腐蚀情况,提出了使用FRP材料替代316 L材料的可能性。 As the flue emission standard for industrial SO2 tends to be strict,the previous desulfurization processes need to be improved persistently, the desulfurization by-product treatment is changed from stockpiling preciously to cyclic utilization today. Thus,the improvement of desulfurization process involves the improvement of desulfurization absorbents certainly,as well as the improvement of the type of and the material of the desulfurization equipment. This paper mainly introduces a desulfurization process by using a regenerative absorbent,as well as the type of and the material of the desulfurization equipment,analyzes the corrosion of the desulfurization tower material in practical applications of the process, presents the pos- sibility of using FRP instead of 316 L.
