摘要
自"911恐怖袭击事件"后,安全智能集装箱的概念被第一次正式提出,以解决集装箱在运输过程中的安全和效率问题。在阐述安全智能集装箱的概念和功能的基础上,研究其现状及发展趋势,重点提出安全智能集装箱的标准体系框架,以期通过标准的制定推动安全智能集装箱的发展。
Since the ＂911 terrorist attacks＂, the concept of Secure and Smart Container was first formally proposed to improve the security and efficiency of container transport. Based on describing the concept and func- tion of Secure and Smart Container, the paper studies the situation and development trend of container, puts for- ward the standard system frame of Secure and Smart Container in hope of promoting the development and appli- cation of Secure and Smart Container by making standard.
