摘要
研究汽车制动系统的控制方法,提高汽车制动性能。针对传统的智能汽车制动控制方法中,控制力矩系数不能实时改变,如果车况较差,例如湿滑路面,结冰路面,控制算法中的控制力矩系数不能做出有效的调整,造成制动控制器控制性能下降,从而造成刹车抱死的问题。提出了一种基于模糊系数动态调整技术的防刹车抱死系统的设计方法,通过建立刹车数学模型,建立汽车刹车制动设备之间的联系和相关参数的联系,建立模糊控制规则,调整相关隶属度函数参数设置,大幅降低刹车抱死现象的发生。实验证明,动态调整方法能够缩短汽车在刹车时运行的距离,降低刹车抱死概率,取得了令人满意的效果。
Study brake system control method to improve the car braking performance. In traditional intelligent brake control method, the control moment coefficient can not be changed in real time, if the conditions are poor, for example, a wet road or icy pavement, the control method cannot make an effective adjustment, causes poor braking control performances and even brak - lock. The paper put forward a design method for anti - loeh brake system based on fuzzy dynamic adjustment coefficient. By establishing a brake mathematical model, the connection between the re- lated parameters was buit up, and according to the traffic situations, the relevant parameters were adjusted, which greatly reduced the happening of brake - lock. The experiment shows that this method can shorten the distance of the slide and reduce the brake- lock probability.
