摘要
研究射频治疗仪的恒温控制问题,提高控制的精度。由于体温和环境温度瞬态变化,导致算法失衡,严重影响温控精度。射频治疗仪探测头插入人体体内进行工作的时候,人体中的血压、电流等会发生突变,使得射频仪器采集的控制温度发生瞬时的尖峰突变,影响仪器的恒温控制问题。为了解决上述问题,提出一种基于温度突变补偿的恒温控制策略。通过温度传感器实时传递温度变化,组建温度突变区域,运用突变补偿技术,控制由于人体内环境的突变导致的温度细微变化,通过温度补偿调节,可达到精确恒温。实践证明,改进的方法能够大幅减少人体环境波动造成的温度突变影响,对恒温控制取得了令人满意的效果。
Research the constant temperature control of radio frequency instrument to improve the precision of the control. The paper proposed a temperature mutation compensation method based on constant temperature control strat- egy. Through real - time transfering temperature changes of the temperature sensor, a temperature mutations area was buit up. Using the mutation compensation technology, the subtle temperature changes caused by the environment mu- tation within human body were controlled. Through the temperature compensation adjustment, the accurate constant temperature can be achieved. Practice shows that this method can greatly reduce the effects of temperature mutations caused by the human environment fluctuation, satisfactory results have been obtained.
