摘要
针对钻机井场电网的非线性负载谐波使供电质量下降的问题,提出了对钻机变频驱动系统进行谐波抑制和无功补偿。分析系统谐波和无功产生的原因,提出APF+SVC的系统方案。研究过程中开发了混合谐波抑制和无功补偿单元,并在电驱动钻机控制系统实验平台模拟了该单元的运行情况。实验表明:此改方法可有效抑制交流变频系统产生的谐波和补偿系统中的无功功率,具有实际应用价值。
Based on the bad quality of power supply caused by the nonlinear load of drilling rig in self-provid-ed grid, the reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression for VFD drilling rig systemhave been put forward. The reactive causes and system harmonics have been analyzed and the sys-tem solutions of APF+SVC have been put forward in this paper. The mixing reactive power com-pensation and harmonic control unit have been developed during research and the unit has beensimulated in the experiment platform of the electric drill rig control system. The Experiment showsthat the harmonic from frequency conversion system and reactive power of compensation systemcan be effectively restrained by the method. This method has practical application value.
