渭良伤科油按摩治疗经外周静脉营养致静脉炎的疗效观察

Clinical study on massage treatment with WEI LIANG SHANGKE Oil for phlebitis caused by parenteral nutrition

目的：观察应用渭良伤科油按摩治疗经外周静脉营养致注射肢体局部静脉炎症状的疗效.方法：对我科160例住院患者经外周静脉营养致静脉炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,观察组每天2次应用渭良伤科油从远心端向近心端按摩静脉炎肢体局部5-10min,每次按摩后用浸有陈渭良伤科油的小方纱持续湿敷静脉炎处;对照组不进行按摩,只用浸有陈渭良伤科油的小方纱持续湿敷;每天评估静脉炎治疗效果.结果：采用渭良伤科油按摩和湿敷治疗经外周静脉营养引起的静脉炎疗效优于只用渭良伤科油持续湿敷.结论：采用渭良伤科油按摩和湿敷治疗经外周静脉营养引起的静脉炎,具有较好的疗效,值得推广.

Objective：To evaluate the result of massage treatment with WEI LIANG SHANGKE Oil for local injecting limb phlebitis caused by parenteral nutrition. Methods：160 patients hospitalized patients with local injecting limb phlebitis caused by parenteral nutrition. The patients were randomly divided into study group（n= 80） ,in which patients underwent massage treatment with WEI LIANG SHANGKE Oil for local phlebitic limb caused by parenteral nutrition,massaging phlebitic limb from distal part towards proximal part for 5-10 rain. then wet compress the phlebitic limb with soaked gauze by WEI LIANG SHANGKE Oil. The patients accepted the treatment 2 times perday. In control group,the patients had no mas- sage,only had wet compress the phlebitic limb with soaked gauze by WEI LIANG SHANGKE Oil. The effect was valuated every day. Result：the total effect rate（86.7%） in study group was better than that in control group （55.0 %）（X2 = 0. 384, P= 0.719）. Conclusion： Massage treatment with WEI LIANG SHANGKE Oil for local injecting limb phlebitis had well effect.
