对养老院老年抑郁病人的心理干预效果分析

Analysis of effective on psychological intervention to the depressed elderly in rest home

目的：探讨心理干预对养老院老年抑郁病人的效果.方法：采用老年抑郁量表（GDS）,将筛选出的符合标准的老年抑郁病人分为干预组及对照组,对干预组病人进行3个月的心理干预,3个月后两组进行GDS评分及抑郁缓解率的比较分析.结果：干预前两组GDS评分的差异无统计学意义,3个月后干预组GDS得分显著低于对照组,干预后干预组的抑郁缓解率显著高于对照组.结论：养老院老年人存在较高程度的抑郁症状,心理干预可缓解老年人的抑郁症状,提高老年人的生活自信心.

Objective：To investigate the effective of the psychological intervention to the depressed elderly in rest home. Methods：Depressed elderly were chosen by questionnaires of geriatric dysthymic study（GDS） as study objects from rest home, all the objectives were assigned to intervention group and control group randomly,3 months of supportive psychological intervention were given to the intervention group,then GDS score and de- pression remission rate were measured in the two groups. Result： Before psychological intervention,there was no significant differences of GDS score between the two groups, after 3 months, GDS score of intervention group was obviously lower than control group, after psychological intervention, the depression remission rate in intervention group was obviously higher than in control group. Conclusion： The elderly who live in the rest home have higher degree of depression~ psychological intervention can alleviate depression in the elderly and improve the elderly＇s self--confidence.
