我国核桃和山核桃油的甘油三酯组成的研究 被引量:10

摘要 应用反相高效液相色谱分离分析核桃和山核桃仁油的甘油三酯组成。结果表明核桃仁油含14种甘油三酯,其中主要为:甘油三亚油酸酯(31.0%),甘油油酸二亚油酸酯(12.0%),甘油亚麻酸二亚油酸酯(10.8%);山核桃仁油的主要甘油三酯是:甘油三油酸酯(43.9%),甘油亚油酸二油酸酯(20.7%),甘油棕榈酸二油酸酯(14.1%)。 High preformance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to analysed the triglyceride composition of kernel oils from Juglaus regia and Carya cathaye-nsis. The result showed that the Juglaus regia kernel oil contained 14 triglyce-rides and LLL (31.8%), LLO(19.3%) ,PLL(12.0%) and LLLn (10.8%) were the main composition;whereas the Carya cathayensis kernel oil were OOO (43.9%), L00(20.7%)and POO(14.1%).
