乳腺癌术中植入中人氟安的临床护理分析

Surgery of breast cancer implanted into the fluocinolone clinical nursing analysis

目的：探讨护理干预对乳腺癌术中植入中人氟安临床疗效的影响.方法：选择乳腺癌患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用乳腺癌术中植入中人氟安,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予护理干预,观察两组临床效果.结果：观察组的WBC、PLT、ALT、Cr均明显优于对照组,观察组的局部复发率、远处转移率及两年生存率均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：护理干预对乳腺癌术中植入中人氟安临床疗效显著,预后良好.

Objective：To explore the nursing intervention on intraoperative breast implant of fluocinolone clinical curative effect. Methods：60 eases of patients with breast cancer,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group,the control group using intraoperative breast implant of fluorine, the observation group in the control group treated with nursing intervention, the clinical effect was ob- served in the two groups. Result：in the study group,WBC,PLT,ALT,Cr were significantly better than the control group,the observation group of local recurrence,distant metastasis rate and two years survival rate was significantly better than the control group,two groups compare difference to all have statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：nursing intervention on breast implantation in people fluocinolone significant curative effect, prognosis is good.
