摘要
目的：探讨上消化道钡餐透视及CT检查在胃底癌中的临床诊断价值.方法：回顾性分析我院收治的32例胃底癌患者的影像学资料,比较上消化道钡透及CT检查结果.结果：上消化道钡透联合CT检查的患者诊断符合率为93.8%,对照组诊断符合率为68.8%,两组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：上消化道钡透联合CT检查可以提高胃底癌的确诊率,值得推广.
Objective：To study the upper gastrointestinal barium through and CT examination in the stomach cancer of the clinical diagnosis value. Methods Retrospective analysis of 32 cases were gastric carcinoma of the imaging material. Result.. The observation group diagnosis was 93.8 , and the control group diagnosis was 68.8 % and significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal barium through joint CT examination can improve the stomach cancer diagnosis rate,is worthy to be popularized.
