员工的心理授权及其构成维度探析

摘要 随着近年来各企业新的授权模式的出现,员工的心理授权状况产生了重大的变化,本文详细阐述了心理授权的概念及其构成维度与测量方法,试图通过对员工心理授权的相关研究为因企业授权模式变更而导致的员工心理授权状况变化提供解决途径。
