潜艇长航期间口腔溃疡发病情况及相关因素分析

Incidence of ulcerative stomatitis among the submarine crew during prolonged deployment and analysis of related factors

目的调查潜艇长航时艇员口腔溃疡的发病情况,探讨影响口腔溃疡发病的相关因素及预防措施。方法对参加长航30 d以上的502名艇员进行回顾性调查,分析口腔溃疡的发病情况及服用多种维生素的预防效果。结果口腔溃疡的发病与艇员性格稳定性、应激状态、服用多种维生素相关。结论口腔溃疡病直接影响长航艇员的饮食和休息,采用心理干预、服用多种维生素等防治措施,可以明显降低口腔溃疡的发生。

Objective To investigate incidence of ulcerative stomatitis among the submarine crew during prolonged deploy- ment, to analyze factors affecting the incidence of ulcerative stomatitis and also to explore related preventive measures. Methods A retro- spective study was made on the 502 submariners who were deployed to sea for over 30 days. The incidence of ulcerative stomatitis among the submarine crew and the protective effect of multivitamins were analyzed. Results The incidence of ulcerative stomatitis was associated with character stability and stress state of submariners, while it was negatively correlated with the administration of multivitamins. Condusion Ulcerative stomatitis directly affected the diet and rest of submariners during prolonged deployment at sea. Protective measures, such as psychological intervention and administration of multivitamins could significantly decrease the incidence of ulcerative stomatitis.
