摘要
在地铁建设过程中,不可避免地会对周边环境产生影响。特别是当地铁区间盾构隧道上部存在既有建筑物时,必须考虑盾构隧道施工对上部建筑物的影响,包括地表沉降、桩基承载性状的改变等。本文以地铁盾构穿越某九层住宅楼安全性评估为例,利用工程分析方法和有限元分析法,针对隧道盾构施工通过该住宅楼时,桩体的承载力和竖直位移、水平位移以及地表的沉降进行分析,探讨盾构截桩施工的安全性。
It is inevitable that the surrounding environment will be affected during the construction process of sub- way. Especially when there are existing buildings in the way of tunnel, the effect of tunnel excavation must be con- sidered including the ground surface settlement and the stress-strain of piles. This paper takes the security assessment of pass through a 9-floors-building for example, using the way of engineering analysis and numerical analysis to analysis the capacity of piles, the vertical displacement and the horizontal displacement of piles. According to the situation as above, the author analyze the ground surface settlement, and discuss the security assessment of cutting piles during the construction of shield tunnel.
