建筑渗透是建筑物较普遍的质量通病,诸如屋面漏水、墙壁渗透等,将直接影响到建筑物的使用寿命,可见防水效果对建筑物的质量至关重要。本文创造性地将水性渗透型无机防水剂Ⅱ型和丙烯聚合物乳液结合使用,总结了一套新型的施工方法,具有成本低、施工速度快、作业条件简单、寿命长、质量效果好等特点,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。

Building penetration is a kind of common quality defects in buildings. Water leakage phenomenon in the roof, wall permeability will directly affect the service life of the building. Therefore waterproof quality is crucial to the building. This essay describes that a method which achieves lower cost, faster construction speed, lower opera- tion conditions, longer lasting service life, better quality and other excellent effects. It combines water-based perme- able inorganic waterproofing agent type and propylene polymer emulsion to form its construction.
